Application process (flow)

申込み(仮契約)
Contact us first through email from our website, call or fax.
Then please provide us your portfolio or something that we could see your works for our screening process.


予約成立
Once your exhibition proposal is accepted then please make the reservation fee (*it must be made within a week from the day of acceptance).
Your reservation will be officially made as soon as your payment is confirmed.


残額入金
The rest of the payment must be made before a month prior to the 1st day of your exhibition (including installation date).
If you apply within a month of the starting date of the exhibition, then the full amount of payment will be required.
*the bank account information will be provided for your payment
*any extra fee occurs during the exhibition period will be charged
altogether after the exhibition period.

Open hours

11:00 am to 19:00
(our gallery will be closed at 17:00 on the last day of the exhibition)

Available periods

1 day, 3 days or 6 days
(Monday closed)
*any other length of period is negotiable upon request

1 day / 31,500 JPY
3 days / 88,200 JPY
6 days / 168,000 JPY
extension fee / hour:
8,400 JPY / hour
(Tax included)

Payment method:

the deposit fee of 50,000 JPY (* for 6 days exhibition period) will be required once your proposal is accepted and the final reservation will be confirmed once the payment will be confirmed.
And the rest of the payment must be made a day prior to the opening day of the exhibition.
The deposit fee is non-refundable regardless of any reason. 
Cancellation wthin 3 months prior to the 1st day of your rental period will require the full-amount payment.

Installation and carry-out hours

Installation day: the last day of the exhibition before you.
after 18:00 to 22:00.
 (* please let me know in advance if you think you would need more time)
Carry-out day: after 17:00 till 18:00

The rights reserved

We have the rights to terminate the use of  our gallery space if the actual use of the place differ from the proposal provided.
In the case of such termination, we do not return your payment.

Cancellation Policy

We would not refund the deposit if the cancellation was notified after the deposit was being made. Cancellation after a-month-prior to your exhibition opening date will require full payment of charge.

Sales policy

We would take 10 percent of commission fee for each purchase of any goods
besides the actual exhibited works
(ask for more details to our staff members, as percentage of commission fee for actual exhibited art works would differ from other goods)
 
Please provide your own wrapping papers or bags you would need for selling goods, we do not provide any of these materials.

Caution

■ The user/s will be responsible and required to pay for any damage caused to our gallery, equipments provided during your exhibit period at actual cost.
■ It will be user’s responsibility to monitor the exhibited works and any
accident caused during your period of use and we will not be responsible.
■ We would require 30 percent of commission fee when any of work
exhibited is purchased during your exhibition period.
*when rental space fee of this gallery is discounted, we would require to
take 40 percent instead.
■ please tell us in advance if you plan to have reception party we do not have any parking space, please use nearby parking meters
■ no smoking is allowed in this gallery
■ Bring your own garbage back and do not leave any of it here.
